You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of tyres, car keys, windscreens, glass and undercarriage. Please check with the car rental agent on arrival.<\/p>\n

If you purchase the Excess Cover Insurance from a third party, the credit card holder will be required to present his\/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.<\/p>\n

Fuel Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pick up quarter full, return quarter full or as is on time of pick up.<\/p>\n

Your vehicle will be supplied with fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it with the same amount of fuel as you collected. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return your car full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station. There may also be a refueling charge applicable.<\/p>\n

Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated in the top section of rate details.<\/p>\n

or accepted after confirmation with the company.<\/p>\n

Make sure you have enough limit to cover the excess.<\/p>\n

In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.<\/p>\n

Voucher<\/strong><\/p>\n

A printed version of your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk.<\/p>\n

Failure to present the voucher means the car rental agent may charge you at the local rates.<\/p>\n

Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle. If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking confirmation date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed.If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pick up time, all funds except a cancellation fee of\u00a020 EUR\u00a0and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pick up time, we will retain 3 days rental and the card processing fee (where applicable). No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined in this voucher.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
